No doubt bro, thanks for checkin it out! Lemme know if you got any questions I’ll try to answer them.

  • ayumelove says:

    yo why is it frustrating?

  • mnlkthms says:

the reason why i said that is because i’m really new to the maschine and i’ve found the mpc a lot easier and also,i’ve played with ableton live which has been easier for me than maschine.

  • SoundsAndGear says:

Hmmmm…depends on what u trying to do lol. I have an mpc 4k and live, love them both, but maschine is a lot quicker for most stuff. Heck ableton live is quicker than the mpc to me and I been using the mpc for years. But it’s all good, everyone works different. What exactly has you confused?

  • mnlkthms says:

sequencing i stink at it, i can sample and assign samples to pads but creating intros and breaks and structure is what i’m stuck on,i probably need to really study tutorials more.

  • SoundsAndGear says:

All that is handled by scenes, for each part, you make a new scene and put the patterns in there.

It helps to have different sounds in each group, so you have a pattern for each set of sounds and do it that way.

they need a better song arrangement feature, many of us have been asking for that over in the forums.

    thanx
    good looking out
the getting started book that came with it dosen’t go into detail enough.i just found like 2 days ago the manual when i was deleting files off my mac to make space so now i gotta run to kinkos to get that printed and maybe that will solve my issues .i just wish for us out there who never made beats they would’ve printed that up to solve alot of issues the getting started book dosen’t cover

  • SoundsAndGear says:

  • SoundsAndGear says:

only way I know of is recording it as audio into audition or something and chopping up the samples that way. You can’t just hook it up and pull out the samples

  • BLACKZYADIGG says:

ight fasho and do you know any good free mastering programs or is there n e im most likey just gonna buy t -racks

  • SoundsAndGear says:

nah, tracks or izotope ozone is all I really know about, not free tho.

    hey i have a question.
i am a subscriber and all your videos are helpful.
but i save all my samples to maschine library but every time i open it and try to load a sample it says sample can not be found?
how do i save it to the library for good?
    thks!

  • SoundsAndGear says:

@tigerstripes05 how are you saving the samples? If you move them after you save them it doesn’t work. Are you importing them into the library?
